Momentum Property Developments was founded by Keith Coulter, a Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager with 10 years experience of renovating and investing in property. Keith has extensive experience in the construction industry and is passionate about transforming neglected buildings into modern welcoming homes.

Recent research has shown that the UK is facing it's biggest housing shortfall since records began, with a backlog of 4 million homes. 340,000 homes are needed to be built each year until 2031, to plug the shortfall. Momentum Property Developments want to do our bit to bring empty unused properties back to the market as family homes. We strive to be known for raising standards in property development, with our high specifications and our focus on our end customer.

We source properties requiring refurbishment and modernisation, complete quickly with a cash purchase, then renovate and finance by mortgage, or sell them as modern desirable homes. This strategy builds momentum and allows us to expand and repeat the process, bringing more homes back to the market as we grow.

Our business works with investors who are time limited, who provide financial investment for our projects via loan agreements. 

 

We typically offer interest rates of 12% in ten months and always offer first charge security against the property, providing guarantee and peace of mind for the investor, whilst offering a far higher return than the banks.

 

We are also interested in working with joint venture partners for our projects. These partners can be arm chair investors or experienced developers. We can source the property, carry out the renovation and arrange the finance or sale.
